Indian Crisis: Constitutionalism, Political Embellishment, and Democracy in Question

Welcome to a gripping exploration of the current crisis facing Indian constitutionalism and the political landscape. In this essay, we delve into the challenges that have plagued India's democratic foundations, and the potential consequences of political embellishment on constitutional principles.
Understanding Indian Constitutionalism
Constitutionalism lies at the heart of India's democratic structure, ensuring the rule of law, protection of individual rights, and separation of powers. However, recent events have raised concerns about the fragility of this system. From controversial amendments to allegations of political manipulation, India's democratic governance faces a critical moment.
The Rise of Political Embellishment
One of the key factors fueling the Indian crisis is the rise of political embellishment. Politicians resort to a range of tactics, from misleading rhetoric to sensationalist promises, to capture the attention and support of the electorate. While such strategies may be common in politics worldwide, the consequences for Indian democracy are far-reaching.

The Danger of Empty Promises
Political embellishment often involves making promises that politicians struggle or fail to keep. This not only erodes public trust in their leadership but also undermines the very democratic framework that upholds the rights of citizens. We explore the impact of unfulfilled promises on the populace and the potential consequences for the stability of Indian politics.
Manipulation of Public Opinion
In today's era of mass media, politicians can easily manipulate public opinion through various channels. We examine the techniques used to shape public sentiment and the implications for a nation built upon the principles of constitutionalism.
Democracy in Question
The crisis facing Indian constitutionalism raises uncertainties about the future of democracy in the country. We analyze the fundamental pillars of democracy and how they are being tested amid India's political embellishment. From freedom of expression to the independence of the judiciary, we examine the potential consequences of these challenges for citizens.
Path to Restoration
While the crisis is concerning, there is hope for the restoration of constitutionalism and democratic principles in India. We explore potential solutions, including the importance of citizen awareness, judiciary activism, and the role of international institutions in safeguarding democratic processes.
The Indian crisis of constitutionalism and political embellishment is a complex issue with profound implications for the nation's democracy. By understanding the challenges and exploring potential solutions, we can strive towards preserving the core values enshrined in India's constitution.

INDIAN CRISIS: CONSTITUTIONALISM & POLITICAL EMBELLISHMENT (Two Essay)
PRIYA RANJAN KUMAR, Advocate Supreme Court of India & High Court
Recently in INDIA, Three Farm Bill (Agriculture produce Legislation) was introduced with the idea that gave protection and identity as a political embellishment to save the people from the vice of sustainable failure. Apart from that few days back the Law on Sedition referring to Section 124-A OF Indian Penal Code have been scrapped as a guarantee of Life with personal dignity and personal protection against any medium of expressive opinions and objective formation of alliances without resorting to human violations. This was received as reprieve from assumed incarceration against any rebellious activities for forming lawful assembly (Although it is arcane that Supreme Court did not decide exact parameters of such political identity). These two choices of central government (B J P) is more a engagement with fast changing political scenario and disordered combustion of Congress impelled counter aggression.
The Author is Advocate ,Supreme Court of India and theses essays peep into insight of Indian policy descriptions and its impediments with implications . These essays have been written in the context of Indian constitutionalism and involves Two supreme court of India decisions on establishment and operation of specialized police forces in insurgent parts of Indian sub continent and its resultant desirability in practical implications of recent supreme court pronouncements of scrapping of section 124-A ( sedition) from Indian Penal Code . The other essay is of central government failed initiatives to reform the Farms Bill ( which is now taken back by the central government in India ) .These two narratives are closely linked to the concept of Police State as to whether the central government could evince any such drastic measures with the utilization of military occupations and whether the supreme court pronouncement of scrapping Law of Sedition would overcome the identity of plural state democracy . This is contrary to the judicial precedents that earlier supreme court endorsed police state actions /functionaries to a certain extent , now discredited the law of Sedition ( 124-A) OF INDIAN PENAL CODE .
